We value people who can own a clear area of responsibility, communicate early, and keep moving when the work gets unfamiliar. The right level of experience depends on the role; judgment and follow-through matter everywhere.
Role-specific applications
Every listed role links to its own Google Form with the questions and information relevant to that position. This keeps applications focused and lets us evaluate candidates against the real assignment.
What to expect
Each posting will state the project context, responsibilities, availability expectations, and whether the work is contract, part-time, or another arrangement before you apply.
Open roles
When an opening is active, select its role card to reach that role’s dedicated Google Form. Closed roles remain visible only when Nightshift wants to accept future-interest submissions.
